That's how Freddie Roach summed it up when asked over the weekend about the progress of Manny Pacquiao's training for his Nov. 13 clash with Antonio Margarito in Dallas.
Roach, who spent four weeks with Pacquiao in the Philippines and is about to embark on his third week with the Filipino fighter on American soil, said all "the hard work is done" and that "Manny knows how to win this fight."

Roach is confident that they have dotted the Is and crossed the Ts that the 50-year-old from Boston will no longer bother watching videos of Margarito's fights to help him prepare for the fight set at Cowboys Stadium.
"I am done watching tapes with Margarito," said Roach, who nonetheless will force himself to do just that as part of the script for the 24/7 series being produced by HBO.
"I’ll watch some of the TV tomorrow night because they want to watch me just for TV," said Roach, who will preside over Pacquiao's final sparring session at around noontime before they all get on board a Boeing 757 that will fly them to Love Field in Dallas.
Pacquiao will be joined in the three-hour trip by wife Jinkee and family members, members of his training team, fans and friends from the Philippines and here, select members of the media and Pacquiao's colleagues in the House of Representatives.
The will take a chartered flight rented by Team Pacquiao that seats 200 people.
Last March, Pacquiao also leased a plane that brought 165 to Dallas for the Joshua Clottey fight but the pound-for-pound king has opted to get a bigger plane in anticipation of the influx of more well-wishers.
But this time, there will be a space reserved for VIPs, most of them comprising Pacquiao and his family and members of Congress.
In Dallas, Team Pacquiao will be billeted at the Gaylord Texan, the home of the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. The hotel will also serve as his training headquarters as a makeshift gym will be put up there for the use of Pacquiao and Margarito until Thursday.
Open workouts have been scheduled on Tuesday afternoon, while the press conference will be held at Cowboys Stadium on Wednesday and the official weighin also at the $1.2 billion venue on Friday.
